Your delivery will be made by the departments of The Post office, Colissimo.


Our carriers give the biggest care to the routing and to the delivery of the orders. However, as nothing's perfect, we ask you expressly, from reception, to unpack and to check the goods, in the presence of the deliverer.


It is advisable to sign no document, to have verified that the state of the goods which you received, corresponds to the one that you are entitled to wait for. Otherwise, in case of damage, no complaint will be accepted.


The insurance covers the goods during the transport and up to the hand delivery. It is the reason why, if you notice an anomaly, or a damage, you necessarily have to specify it on the delivery note and send back immediately the goods.


In this case, if you duly noticed the damage and sent back the goods, then, we shall pass on to you our excuses and shall pay off you, or shall replace your order, as soon as possible.
