Acceptance of the conditions of sale

The fact for a buyer to complete the order form and validate their order constitutes full and complete acceptance of these general conditions of sale which they expressly declare to accept without reservation.

Orders

a - For delivery, a simple form must be completed. If you are a customer for the first time, you will first open an account (choose a password) which will save you from filling out the form for future purchases (you will then only enter your username and password). Validate the form. You can then choose to have your order sent to another address to send a gift.

b - Payment: the price invoiced to the buyer is the price indicated when confirming the order. The price of the order is payable in cash at the time of ordering. Payment is made by credit card and is perfectly secure thanks to Société Générale. You will find more information on this subject in the “Secure payment” document.

c - You will immediately receive the order form in a summary email.

d - We proceed with the shipment as soon as your payment is recorded by the bank.

e - Automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the order, which becomes definitive after confirmation of the order.

f - The photographs on the Website do not constitute a contractual commitment.

Payments by bank cards

Your payment is instant. Carte Bleue via Société Générale E-transactions (totally secure online banking payment system).

The right of withdrawal, governed by art. L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, allows the consumer to reconsider their purchase decision made remotely during a period of 14 clear days from delivery Art. L.132-4 of the Monetary and Financial Code gives the consumer the possibility of contesting a fraudulent payment by card (i.e. a payment order that he did not give), made without physical use of the card, and to request reimbursement from the bank of the disputed sums, within one month of receipt of the dispute. 4. Price The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed all taxes included, including VAT and the price of transport.

Any customs duties payable at destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
