Our carriers take the greatest care in the routing and delivery of orders. However, as perfection is not of this world, we expressly ask you, upon receipt, to unpack and check the goods, in the presence of the delivery person.
You should not sign any document before having verified that the condition of the goods you have received corresponds to that which you have the right to expect. Otherwise, in the event of damage, no claim will be accepted.
The insurance covers the goods during transport and until handover. This is why, if you notice an anomaly or damage, you must specify it on the delivery slip and immediately return the goods.
In this case, if you have duly noted the damage and returned the goods, then we will send you our apologies and will refund you, or replace your order, as soon as possible.
